Here’s another progress photo. I weighed 162 at the end of March and my monthly goal was to be 155 by the end of April…I’m almost there!
Still counting calories on myfitnesspal and taking a 60 minute Zumba class 3-4 times a week.
It’s really hard to keep positive when you’re not seeing the progress you want. Day in day out - I love what I do - it’s just so poo when my progress isn’t even close to being proportional to the amount of work I’ve been putting in. IS THIS ANOTHER FREAKING PLATEAUE??!!! What the hell is going on……..
